The design of Phecda Mansion is inspired by the third star in the Big Dipper, also known as the Fortune Planet, symbolizing prosperity on earth and in the sky. This concept is reflected in the design's unique properties, which combine the youthful and dynamic character of Shenzhen with the fashionable and modern artistic nature of the universe. The result is a space that comforts and inspires, reminding its visitors of the profoundness and etherealness of the universe, and embellishing life with the sparkling glory of the stars.
One of the standout features of Phecda Mansion is a planet produced by metal molding. Its surface is partially covered with gravels and treated with a special technique to give it a particular weight of around 280g. This allows the planet to rotate at a constant speed smoothly, moving upwards and downwards in rhythm with music. This integration of movement and sound creates a sporty and brisk rhythmical beauty, providing a striking audio-visual feast for the visitors.
Spanning an area of 624 square meters, Phecda Mansion is more than just a sales center. It is an artwork with consciousness. As visitors wander through the sequential spaces, they are transported to a peaceful and mysterious cosmos that is magnificent, poetical, and graceful. The textures and gravels on the planet glitter romantically under the lights, and the fine sand at its bottom forms a few circles, resembling mysterious but fascinating orbits.
The design of Phecda Mansion is a response to the mental appeal of the young customers in Shenzhen. Every detail within the space expresses their yearning for freedom and carefreeness, revealing the vitality and liveliness of the young generation. The designers have successfully created a charming modern space with lights and shadows, vitality and serenity, where visitors can find value identification in different spaces.
The project was not without its challenges. The chief designer aimed to create an ideal residential environment that meets the expectations of the young people in this metropolis. However, the end result is a testament to the designer's ability to overcome these challenges and create a space that not only meets the expectations of its intended audience but also stands as a symbol of modern design and innovation.
